Product Maintenance
Regularly check the operation of control valves, pulse valves, and timers.
The failure of the pulse valve rubber diaphragm is a common fault in bag filters, which directly affects the dust cleaning effect. This device belongs to the external filter type, with a skeleton inside the bag. It is necessary to check whether the parts that fix the filter bag are loose and whether the tension of the filter bag is appropriate. Is the support frame smooth to prevent wear and tear on the filter bag. Compressed air is used for dust removal. Therefore, it is required to remove oil mist and water droplets, and the oil-water separator must be cleaned regularly to prevent malfunction of the moving mechanism and blockage of the filter bag.
Whether the air volume and pressure and temperature at each testing point are consistent with the design.
The installation status of the 3 filter bags, whether there are any occurrences of bag dropping, loosening, wear, etc. after use, can be judged by visually observing the emissions of the chimney after operation.
4. Prevent condensation
During use, it is necessary to prevent the gas from cooling below the dew point in the bag chamber, especially when using a bag filter under negative pressure. Due to the frequent leakage of air into the outer shell, the gas temperature in the bag chamber is lower than the dew point, causing the filter bag to become damp. This results in dust not being loose but sticking to the filter bag, blocking the fabric holes and causing dust removal failure. This leads to excessive pressure drop in the dust collector, making it unable to continue operating, and some bags may become stuck and unable to remove dust.
To prevent condensation, it is necessary to maintain the temperature of the gas in the dust collector and its system at 25-35 ℃ above its dew point (such as the dew point temperature of 58 ℃ for kiln mill integrated machines, and the operating temperature should be above 90 ℃), in order to ensure the good use effect of the filter bag.

trial operation
During the trial operation of the new bag filter, special attention should be paid to checking the following points:
1. The rotation direction, speed, bearing vibration, and temperature of the fan.
2. Check whether the air volume and pressure and temperature at each testing point are consistent with the design.
3. The installation status of the filter bag, whether there is any shedding, looseness, wear and tear after use, can be judged by visually inspecting the chimney's emissions after operation.
4. Pay attention to whether there is condensation in the bag chamber and whether the ash discharge system is unobstructed. To prevent blockage and corrosion, severe dust accumulation can affect the production of the host.
5. The adjustment of cleaning cycle and cleaning time is an important factor affecting the dust capture performance and operating conditions. If the cleaning time is too long, the attached dust layer will be removed, which will become the cause of filter bag leakage and damage. If the cleaning time is too short and the dust on the filter bag has not been removed, resuming the filtering operation will quickly restore the resistance and gradually increase, ultimately affecting its effectiveness.
The interval between two cleaning times is called the cleaning cycle, and it is generally desirable to have a longer cleaning cycle so that the dust collector can operate under economic resistance conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully study the properties and dust concentration of dust, and determine the cleaning cycle and time according to different cleaning methods, and adjust them during trial operation to achieve optimal cleaning parameters.
At the beginning of operation, unexpected situations often occur, such as abnormal temperature, pressure, moisture, etc., which can cause damage to the new device.
The rapid change in gas temperature can cause deformation of the fan shaft, resulting in an unbalanced state and vibration during operation. Once the operation is stopped, the temperature drops sharply, and when restarted, vibration will occur again. Select different types of fans based on gas temperature.
The quality of equipment trial operation directly affects whether it can be put into normal operation. If not handled properly, the bag filter may quickly lose its effectiveness. Therefore, careful and cautious trial operation of the equipment is essential.
classification
There are many types of wet dust collectors, and it is difficult to have a definite classification. Generally speaking, it can be divided into low resistance and high resistance wet dust collectors. The former has a resistance of 25-150 mm water column, which includes a simple spray tower and a wet cyclone dust collector. The general water consumption is 0.4-0.8 kg/m3. When the dust is greater than 10 microns, the dust removal efficiency is more than 90-95%. This type of dust collector is commonly used in combustion furnaces, fertilizer plants, lime cellars, and iron casting plants. High resistance wet dust collectors such as Venturi dust collectors can achieve a dust removal efficiency of over 99.5%, with a resistance loss of 250-875 millimeters of water column. This type of dust collector is used for the purification of flue gas from ore crushing, steelmaking furnaces, and blast furnaces. In these dusty airflows, the dust particles are less than 0.25 microns.
