
This product consists of two parts: a sensor and a display instrument. It can be used to measure the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative total amount of gas when paired with the corresponding flow integrator or display instrument.
1、 Product Features
Integrating gas turbine flow sensor and volume correction instrument, it can automatically track and correct the temperature and pressure of the measured gas, directly measuring the standard volume flow rate and total amount of gas.
The digital temperature and pressure sensors are externally mounted and communicate data with the calibration instrument through an I2C interface. The measurement accuracy is independent of the calibration instrument and can be directly exchanged for the same specifications, making calibration and use convenient.
Adopting low-power high-tech, it can work with both internal and external power sources, and the internal battery can be used continuously for more than five years.
Adopting precision bearings specifically designed for instruments imported from Germany, with high accuracy, good stability, and wide range.
The carefully designed flow channel structure avoids the flow of air between the bearings and improves the medium adaptability of the turbine flowmeter.
The unique reverse thrust structure and sealing structure design ensure the long-term reliable operation of the bearing.
Adopting a new signal generator without magnetic attraction, it has the advantages of high sensitivity and low starting flow rate.
Independent movement design, good interchangeability and easy maintenance.

3、 Maintenance
1. Before putting the flowmeter into operation, it is necessary to set the instrument coefficient and carefully check to ensure that the flowmeter wiring is correct and well grounded before power can be transmitted.
2. Regularly clean, inspect, and recalibrate the flowmeter. Flow meters with lubricating oil or cleaning solution injection ports should be regularly filled with lubricating oil or cleaning solution according to the instructions to maintain the good operation of the impeller.
3. Monitor and display the condition of the instrument, and promptly check if there are any abnormalities in the instrument readings.
4. Keep the filter unobstructed. The filter is blocked by impurities, which can be judged by the increase in the pressure gauge reading difference at its inlet and outlet. If there is a blockage, it should be promptly eliminated, otherwise the flow rate will be severely reduced.
